This plan was created to be an extremely affordable entry level option for those of you who are just beginning your fitness journey & for those who are commited to training for muscle growth & have 3 strength days per week & an active recovery day. The perfect plan for if you are available to commit to workouts in a gym environment. In addition to being a functional plan for a lightly equipped gym environment this plan also provides guidelines for progression & cardio output to enhance fitness levels.
There are 3 phases to this plan
Each phase has an increasing number of sets to ensure you are progressing the amount of workload every 4 weeks
The 4 week cycle ensures you have time to improve your strength, technique & overall understanding of the lifts
